How To Register Warranty
Register your product with us here to validate your product warranty. The product is only valid for warranty claims if it is purchased from authorised Mitsubishi Electric dealers and registered in our online database.

Sign up and login to your account
Create an account for first-time login. Sign in to access to your account dashboard. -

Register a product
Register your product by entering the Serial Number & Product Code. You may obtain the serial number and product code in the receipt or invoice from your retail dealer.

Product code: MS-HK10VA-M1 -

Monitor your product warranty
View your product and warranty information on the dashboard. Active warranty will be labelled in green, while expired one in red. Please refer to your dealer or sales agent to proceed with the warranty claim process.
